Shifts: Alternate Days & Nights - 12 Hour Shifts

This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Complex Support Worker. We are looking for someone who can consistently commit to regular day and night shifts.
Every day will be different, as you will need patience, reliability and flexibility to be part of this existing team. One thing you can be sure of though, is that you’ll be making your clients’ days brighter, whilst developing your skills and knowledge.
The client is a very independent elderly lady who needs assistance with feeding, monitoring her blood pressure and supporting with her medication.
Sensitivity, great communication, the ability to motivate while being respectful of our client's daily routines, offering suggestions and warm caring support is the key to this position.
Previous experience in community care would be extremely advantageous for this position.
The ability to administer routinely, prescribed medications, and clear and concise communication skills are essential for this position.
