📍 Work Locations & Postcodes As this is a community-based role, you will be traveling to support clients within their local communities. We are proud to provide care across West London, primarily covering:

• Areas: Chelsea, Earls Court, Fulham, South Kensington, Putney Bridge, Parsons Green, and Maida Vale.
• Postcodes: SW1, SW2, SW3, SW4, SW5, SW6, and SW7.
• 🚶🚇 No Car Needed! Thanks to the fantastic public transport links across these postcodes, you can easily travel between your clients via tube, bus, walking, or cycling.

💷 Competitive Pay & Shift Patterns Designed for Real Life We know how important work-life balance is. Our services run 7 days a week, and we offer consistent, flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle:

• Day Shifts: 8:00/9:00 AM – 2:00/3:00 PM
• Evening Shifts: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM 💰 Weekday Rate (Mon–Sat): £13.85 per hour 💰 Sunday Rate: £14.35 per hour

Job Description

💙 What You’ll Be Doing You’ll help vulnerable clients live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes, acting as a friendly face and a vital pillar of support. Following personalised care plans, your responsibilities will include:

• 💧 Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, and grooming)
• 💊 Medication support (preparation and administration)
• 🍲 Meal preparation and mealtime assistance
• 🚶 Mobility support and helping clients use equipment safely
• 🧹 Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, cleaning)
• 💬 Companionship, emotional support, and encouraging social engagement

📝 Digital Documentation (logging visits and reporting any health changes)

Qualifications

🦸 What You’ll Need (Besides a Cape!) You don’t need formal care experience! The skills you’ve gained from raising a family, caring for loved ones, or running a household are exactly what makes a brilliant Care Assistant. Full, paid training is provided. We’re looking for:

• ✅ Genuine empathy, compassion, and respect for others
• ✅ Reliability and a naturally caring, positive nature
• ✅ Great communication and a collaborative team spirit
• ✅ The right to work in the UK (Please note: As an employer, we are unfortunately unable to offer Visa sponsorship).
