Job Description

Working in the family home of a our client you will make a real difference in providing care and support throughout the night. Out client lives with his wife and two children. He has a tracheostomy and is non-verbal, using a wipe board to communicate. He loves to paint and draw. 

The main duties of the role will be providing tracheostomy care, moving and handling and personal care. 

We are looking for a care professional who brings empathy and enthusiasm to every shift. You will be someone who values building strong relationships.  We are seeking a care professional that is punctual, reliable and will provide consistency for our client.

Qualifications

Experience within a care role is not essential as full training will be provided.

This is an excellent opportunity to join us as a Complex Care Assistant. You will have full nurse-led training and clinical support to develop and improve skills in various areas.
