Job Description

What you’ll do

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Complex Care Assistant who has a genuine affection for cats and enjoys social interaction. In this role, you will provide essential support with attending appointments and community visits, ensuring the individual’s needs are met with kindness and professionalism. Key responsibilities include delivering specialist care such as bowel care, tracheostomy management, suctioning, and catheter care. Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner are essential to thrive in this role.
