π Support Workers & Care Assistants Wanted β Join Our North West London Team!
β¨ Brighter Days. Fresh Challenges. Real Impact. β¨
At London Care (part of the CCH Group), every day is different. We are currently experiencing rapid growth across North West London and have multiple exciting opportunities available to fit your life.
We are actively recruiting for compassionate Support Workers / Care Assistants to join our dedicated teams supporting service users across the heart of the community.
π‘ What is Homecare?
Homecare is all about helping vulnerable adults remain safe, happy, and independent in the place they love most β their own home.
Unlike working in a residential or hospital setting, community care is focused on building genuine relationships, providing companionship, and supporting people to live life on their own terms.
You'll do far more than complete tasks β you'll become a trusted part of someone's day and make a real difference to their quality of life. If you want to go home each day knowing you've changed someone's life for the better, this role could be perfect for you.
π Work Close to Home Across North West London
We're currently recruiting Care Assistants and Support Workers across some of North West London's most vibrant and diverse communities:
πΆ Local Work, Local Clients

π About the Roles & Specific Packages
Youβll play a vital role in supporting our service users to live independently, with dignity and confidence. Because we provide highly tailored, person-centred care, we are currently looking to fill several specific new packages across the region.
To best support our clients' individual preferences and needs, we are currently welcoming applications from both Male and Female Care Professionals to fill these full-time block positions.
(Please note: Where specific client packages require a male or female carer for personal care, this is an occupational requirement exempt under the Equality Act 2010).
π What Youβll Be Doing
As a Care Professional, youβll provide essential care and support in the homes of our clients, following personalised care plans that put dignity and respect at the heart of everything you do.
Youβll help with:
