As a Hub Scheduler at CCH Group, you’ll be responsible for managing the scheduling of our Care Professionals, ensuring care rosters are created accurately and efficiently. Your work will be essential in maintaining both the continuity and high quality of care delivered to clients in their homes. You’ll work closely with both Care Professionals and clients to make sure all visits are aligned with individual care plans and delivered on time.

As a Scheduler, you'll play a vital role in ensuring clients receive consistent, high-quality care by coordinating and maintaining accurate staff schedules. This includes:
Creating and updating care rosters in line with client needs and Care Professionals’ availability
Managing last-minute changes and ensuring continuity of care
Acting as the main point of contact for scheduling queries
Organising training for new Care Professionals
Ensuring compliance with care plans and regulatory standards
Keeping accurate records and resolving scheduling issues promptly
· A background in healthcare, social care, or a related field is preferred.
· Experience in working with Care Professionals or support staff is desirable.
· Familiarity with the needs of clients receiving domiciliary care is an advantage
· Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with staff, clients, and families.
· Detail-oriented with a focus on documentation, reporting, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
· Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
· Knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices in healthcare or homecare settings is advantageous.
