Location: Welshpool and Surrounding Areas - SY21
Pay Rate: £11.60 + 45p Mileage + on Call pay £150 per week (On call 1 in 4 weeks)
Shift Pattern: 20 Hours per week + Option to pick up extra Care Assistant calls around the 20 hours + On Call 1 in 4 weeks

What you’ll do
Our Field Care Supervisors are the extraordinary people who do the everyday things that mean so much to our clients. Supporting them to live safer and supported lives in their own homes. As a supervisor you will ensure that safeguarding incidents are reported in accordance with policies and practices as well as identifying training and development needs and carrying out spot checks, supervisions and quality reviews. You’ll follow individual care plans and assist with personal care, helping clients to bathe, dress, manage incontinence, use the toilet and supporting them with their medication. You’ll also help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes and housework.
