The Role

The System Developer will support the Systems Development Manager in driving forward change within the Group. This will involve the continual development of the applications through both internal configuration layer changes and working with third party suppliers to assist in the development of the product roadmaps. You will be responsible for managing the Change logs and Development logs and providing updates on progress as and when requested by the Systems Development Manager.

In the case of project work the role will involve working to specification documents where stakeholder requirements have been mapped out and translating these into Changes in the IT applications. Ongoing engagement with key stakeholders both internal and external will then be critical to the success of the delivery of these projects. Providing status updates to the Systems Development Manager will be essential.

Working closely with our Operations, Delivery Assurance, Business Support and System Implementation Teams you will ensure that all teams are up to date on the improvements / changes to the applications / systems. You will also be responsible for delivering high level training and webinars to these key teams to ensure that they are equipped to support the full portfolio of applications. Additionally, you will maintain strong links with the Quality Team and other clinical teams who will act in an advisory capacity on all clinical and safety matters. Through working with the clinical teams you will increase your knowledge of all areas relating to clinical care delivery, medications management, risk assessment and event management.
