What you’ll do
The Regional Operations Manager (Complex Care) is responsible for leading a regional operations team of care managers and care workers in the delivery of quality client-centered Complex Care services. The purpose of the role is to manage client and other stakeholder relationships and teams of care workers to deliver high quality services consistent with clients’ need and, commissioner requirements. You will also hold formal registration with the regulatory agency and ensure that all internal policy and external regulatory and legislative requirements are met in the care delivery that you are responsible for.

What you need
You will have at least 3 years’ experience in a leadership/management role within complex care, where clinical and quality governance were core values resulting in high service quality.
